Migrate Your Account Out Of The ExpertSites Environment
Please read through the following information carefully for all options available:
ExpertSites accounts are provisioned within the ExpertSites HighLevel agency environment. Moving an account out of this environment requires a manual migration process, including system separation and removal of licensed ExpertSites intellectual property.
Our private clients invest significantly for access to our proprietary website and funnel designs, lead and sales methodologies, and copywriting frameworks. These assets remain the intellectual property of Quantum and are licensed exclusively for active ExpertSites members.
You retain ownership of:
Your original content
Contacts and data
Custom materials created by you
The following are not transferable:
ExpertSites templates and designs
ExpertSites funnels and frameworks
ExpertSites trainings
Important: Any movement of an account out of the ExpertSites agency, including to an agency you own is considered an agency-to-agency transfer and requires a migration process.
Migration Options
We offer two migration options depending on the level of assets you would like to move:
MIGRATION OPTION 1
Basic Migration
$500
This option is for clients who only want to retain their core data and self-created assets.
Includes:
Contacts and CRM data
Conversations and pipeline data
Any content, pages, or assets created by you
Does NOT include:
Your custom website built during DFY setup
Your funnel built during DFY setup
Any ExpertSites templates, designs, or frameworks
MIGRATION OPTION 2
Core Migration*
$1500
This option includes your core data along with the custom assets built for you during your ExpertSites setup.
Includes:
Contacts and CRM data
All items included in Option 1
Your custom website built during DFY setup
Your funnel built during DFY setup
Does NOT include:
ExpertSites templates
ExpertSites frameworks or systems
Training materials or proprietary assets
Each option includes manual migration, system separation, and removal of licensed ExpertSites assets before the account is placed into another agency environment.
*Most clients choose to transfer their website and core funnel to ensure continuity of their online presence and avoid the need to rebuild these assets from scratch.

Migration Options
Step 1: Select one the options below on the type of migration needed:
Basic Migration

Pay the one-time fee of $500 here for the basic migration
Core Migration
$1500
Pay the one-time fee of $1500 here for the core migration
Step 2: After you complete the Migration Request you will be directed to the ExpertSites Membership cancellation request page. Please complete the form on this page to cancel your ExpertSites account*.
*Cancellation is not effective until the official cancellation form has been submitted and confirmation has been received. Billing will continue until cancellation is properly completed in accordance with our Terms.
OPTION 2
Cancellation ONLY
If you do not wish to purchase the account migration, you may still choose to cancel your account.
Please export your data, contacts, and any other assets you wish to retain before submitting your cancellation request, as access will be removed once cancellation is processed.
Go to our cancellation request page and follow the instructions*.
*Cancellation is not effective until the official cancellation form has been submitted and confirmation has been received. Billing will continue until cancellation is properly completed in accordance with our Terms.
